Successfully expedited the final utility phases of a full gut renovation at 501 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan. Navigated Con Edison’s year-end scheduling constraints, coordinated installation of four new 500-series electrical service sets, and managed the transition from plumbing completion to gas activation. All documentation and site requirements were handled strategically, resulting in first-pass approval of both electrical and gas inspections.

We stepped in to help our Customer resolve a massive utility billing error that initially totaled over $230,000. By working directly with utility executive leadership and ensuring they followed state billing limits, we successfully reduced the bill to $153,676—a savings of over $76,000. Beyond the cost savings, we secured a transparent audit and a long-term, manageable payment plan that fit the client's budget. Our high-level advocacy settled the account in full and provided the client with total peace of mind, all without the stress of a formal legal battle or PSC complaint.
