• Coordinate and manage customer work requests through the Project Center from initiation to completion.
•   Maintain open and clear communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Forecast, plan, and track project milestones to ensure timely completion.
•   Collaborate with our Customers engineers, electricians, plumbers and the local utility company. 
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to utility specifications and codes.
